time away

9 days, 1 great lake, 4 historic houses, 5 museums, 2 farmers' markets, 1 fabulous afternoon spent in the company of some Queen Annes, several Gothics, and a pair of Greeks. Add to that some good food, good wine, a few special people, and it all makes for a pretty fabulous week. I am slowly getting caught up, but obviously...there is lots and lots to share!

Am glad all was tasty yumminess. Queen Anne looks like a midwestern impressionist painting. I am always delighted to see her popping up in the most amazing places as if she knows she brings the finishing touch.

Don't say you were at the Market in Madison and didn't let us know so we could squire you around!! The Queen loves it here in Wisconsin.

It is hard to resist a Queen Anne (of both the natural and the man-made sort)!

Ms. Wis ~ I was in Madison for about three hours. I had an appointment at the museum. I am devastated to know I missed a market! eeeeeee...! Next time?
