I have been obsessed with food ever since I saw Julie & Julia this weekend. Seriously, no one does onions like Meryl Streep. No one. She was extraordinary.
Anne ~ here is Julia Child's Boeuf Bourguignon recipe. Get to cookin' girl! Or perhaps I should say: "bon appétit" !!

Obviously- I need to see the movie. I love Julia- and know Meryl is the best at it. To my mind, I'm with Pigtown- pass the pizza please.

I have not been able to stop thinking about J&J! Thank you for the recipe--I will get started as soon as the thermometer drops to a suitable level.
Do you think Meryl did her own onions or did they bring in stunt hands?
I've been thinking about J & J since seeing it, too! Loved the film (and enjoyed the book).
And that pizza looks amazing!
Oh, I don't know why I wasn't first in line at the movie theater, I'm dying to see this movie!
Who knew onions could get such rave reviews!
Adored the movie - reminder to live ones life out loud. Loved the joy of the end -(no spoilers here). KDM
Meg ~ any time you want to make the trip down to DC, I will rustle up something good in your honor!
