Annie, I do have the book. I received it as a Christmas gift from a very dear friend ~ of course I squealed with delight when I opened it! I think you can find it for less on Amazon or Borders online. I will post a couple more page spreads this week. The details are really wonderful!

thanks for your trellis advice. I'm still hoping that there is a genuine innocent explanation, cause it'd be nice to think our neighbours are actually the good folks we thought they were.
Mr P is thinking to go round and say someone appears to have thrown his trellis into their garden, hope it didn't cause them any trouble, relieved we've found so the dog doesn't escape and get hit by a car. Really pile on the potential guilt if they are guilty so they don't do it again, but be super nice about it so they can't make him out to be the bad guy or take offence if it's all been a big mistake.
